2. Add Users
Purchase user quotas for your branches. Teachers, students, parents — each active user is priced individually. Add more users anytime as you grow.
3. Purchase Resources as Needed
Storage, AI service packs, exam attendee packs, and email sending packs are all purchased separately. Buy only what you need, when you need it. Pro-rated pricing applies where eligible.
Transparent, Measurable Resources
There are no hidden fees. You are only charged for the resources listed below. All prices are visible in your admin panel before purchase.
User Quota
Per-user annual fee for each active user (teachers, students, parents) in your branches. Institution administrators can distribute and manage quotas across users and roles.
Storage Space
Cloud storage for files, documents, images, and media. Consumed across modules — chat attachments, exam documents, lesson materials all share the same pool. Pro-rated monthly billing.
Online Exam Attendees
Attendee allocation for online exam sessions. Each unit allows one student to participate in one online exam. Purchase packs based on your assessment volume.
AI Service (Nora AI)
Usage allocation for AI-powered features — question generation, lesson planning, student analysis, and personalized recommendations. Administrators can set per-user limits or adjust allocations freely.
Email Sending Package
Service for sending transactional and bulk emails — announcements, reports, notifications. Sold as packages: 1 package = 1,000 emails. Buy as many packages as your communication volume requires.

- How does storage work?
- Storage is shared across all modules. Chat attachments, exam documents, lesson materials — everything uses the same pool. You purchase storage packs monthly, and billing is pro-rated.
- Can administrators control AI and storage usage per user?
- Yes. Institution administrators can set per-user limits for AI usage and storage, or adjust allocations at any time through the admin panel.
- Do you offer a demo or pilot program?
- Yes. Demos are fully free; you can explore the platform live with our team. For institutions that want a deeper evaluation we offer a pilot program, which includes onboarding, training, support and real-world usage.
- What does the pilot program include and how is it priced?
- The pilot program lets you test SES with real users and real data on a defined subset of your institution. Onboarding, user training and direct support are all included. The pilot is paid and priced individually for each institution; if you proceed to a full purchase, the pilot fee is deducted from the main contract.
- What is the difference between a demo and a pilot?
- A demo is a free, guided walkthrough where our team shows you the platform's capabilities. A pilot is a paid, time-bound evaluation where SES runs live with your own users and workflows, including onboarding and support.
